The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for one (1) canine hydrotherapy pool and underwater treadmill system for use in the rehabilitation, conditioning, and fitness maintenance of Police Service Dogs (PSDs).
