Nature of Requirements:
Canoe Expedition
The supplier must plan and conduct three 6-day (5-night) turnkey
canoe expeditions for three (3) groups of 33 participants each
(3 adults per group and 30 young people 15 to 18 years old)
taking place one after the other from July 17 to August 4, 2012,
on the Batiscan River.
The supplier must plan, organize and conduct canoe expeditions
lasting 6 days and 5 nights on the Batiscan River, preferably
starting at Édouard Lake and ending at Miguik (Île à la Croix
- to be discussed) on the following dates:
a. Group 1: July 17 to July 22 , 2012;
b. Group 2: July 23 to July 28, 2012; and
c. Group 3: July 30 to August 4, 2012.
The level of difficulty for canoe must not exceed Class III.
All the details regarding this request are indicated in the
Request for proposal.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
