SUPPLY OF AVIATION FUEL, GASOLINE, PROPANE, AND DIESEL TO TORNGAT MOUNTAINS BASE CAMP AND RESEARCH STATION
SET-ASIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS (PSAB)
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
REQUIREMENT
To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
- Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2016 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor
-Automotive Gasoline, Grade 1, in accordance with Standard
CAN/CGSB-3.5-2016 (latest issue)
- Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C temperature operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2015 (latest issue)
To supply in 20lb (17.3 litre capacity) tanks:
-Propane, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.14-2013 (latest issue)
Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to: Torngat Mountains Base Camp and Research Station (Latitude 58º 27’ 03? Longitude 62º 47’ 52?).
