TOPSIDE REFIT CCGS HUDSON

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the Topside refit on and for CCGS Hudson in accordance with
specification No. 12-H011-007-2 while the vessel is alongside
the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth, NS.
The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
A bidders' conference will be held at 1:30 PM on 16 May 2012
while the vessel is tied up at the Bedford Institute of
Oceanography in Dartmouth, N.S. The vessel will be available
for viewing prior to the conference. Bidders are to communicate
with the Contracting Authority prior to the conference to
confirm attendence.
To obtain appendices not included with the tender document,
bidders are requested to contact the Contracting Authority.
The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
WORK PERIOD:
Commencement 4 June 2012;
Completion 20 July 2012.
