To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGS Sir William Alexander in
accordance with specification No. 12-S036-004-1.
The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
To obtain copies of drawings, appendices and other documents not
included with the tender document, bidders are requested to
contact the Contracting Authority.
The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
WORK PERIOD:
Commencement 25 June 2012;
Completion 30 July 2012.
The solicitation closing date is changed to 28 May 2012.
