REFIT CCGC SPINDRIFT

F5561-122008/A

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGC Spindrift in accordance
with specification No. 11-S038-006-1.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

A bidders' conference will be held at 1 PM on 11 May 2012, in
the offices of the Canadian Coast Guard Station in Louisbourg,
Nova Scotia. The vessel will be available for viewing before
and after the bidders conference on the same day. There are no
additional viewings available before the beginning of the refit
work period.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than 8 May 2012, to confirm attendence at the bidders
conference. The viewing and bidders conference will be cancelled
if no confirmations are received.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
