CCTV UPGRADE

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is currently upgrading
the Emerson, MB, Port of Entry AVMS system. Coverage of the
facility required is in order to enhance the health and safety
of CBSA employees. An audio-video monitoring system will be
procured and installed in all operational areas not covered by
the current AVMS system.

The work consists of supplying and installing a complete and
fully operational, high quality Audio Video Monitoring System
(AVMS), which includes Cameras, Video Management Software and a
Storage Server in the new Emerson, MB, Port of Entry by August
31st 2012.

A mandatory site visit was held at the Emerson, MB Port of Entry
on Thursday June 28th 2012 @ 11:00am.

Bidders must attend the site visit to be given consideration.

The bidder must have had at least one attendee at the site visit
and the onus is on the bidders to arrive at the site in a timely
manner. Bidders arriving late will not be permitted to attend
the site visit.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
