The National Capital Commission proposes to undertake the rehabilitation of 13 existing wooden boardwalks, including 3 sections to incorporate plastic composite materials for sleepers and joists, at Mer Bleue, located within the NCC Greenbelt in Ottawa, Province of Ontario.

A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on October 3, 2014 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is the P21 parking lot off of Ridge Rd (near Anderson Rd), Ottawa, ON. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
