A Task Authorization Contract is required to provide all labour,
tools, material, equipment, transportation and supervision
necessary for an annual inspection, servicing, maintenance and
certification of Biosafety Cabinets and to provide 'as and when
requested' repair services at Defence Research and Development
Canada Suffield located at Canadian Forces Base Suffield,
Ralston Alberta.

The period of the Contract will be for a one (1) year from date
of Contract to March 31, 2014, with Canada retaining an
irrevocable option to extend the Contract by up to two (2)
additional consecutive one (1) year period.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT)

There is no security requirement with this requirement

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
