Dental examination chair

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has to provide inmates with safe institutional dental treatment in accordance with current standards. Archambault regional hospital (CSC) requires a unit-dental examination chair to be delivered and installed in the dentist's premises.
Dentist chair will be delivered and installed to the Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Archambault establishment, located in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, province of Quebec.
Requested delivery: as soon as possible / expected no later than November 15, 2017.
The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on the mandatory technical criteria specified in the Statement of requirement (Annex A) included in this Request for Proposal.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
All inquiries and other communication regarding this Request for Proposal must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Proposal.
