Requirement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
nine (9) Loader Scoop Type 4x4 and ancillary items, including
familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Purchase
Description for Loader, Scoop Type 4X4, dated 2014-05-08, to be
delivered to CFB Greenwood NS, CFB Trenton ON, CFB Winnipeg MB,
CFB Cold Lake AB, CFB Comox BC, CFB Dundurn SK by November 30,
2014.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to five
(5) additional vehicle and ancillary items to be exercised
within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the
contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
