Nature of Requirements:
Requirement: Transport Canada requires the supply and delivery of a minimum 80 HP compact track loader that will be used in an airport environment. The loader must be delivered to the Schefferville airport.
- The loader must meet all of the minimum performance characteristics of equipment described in Annex B of the Request for Proposal document.
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: The requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA) - Naskapis Portion.
Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Korea, Panama, Peru Trade Agreements with Canada.
