Purchase Description.
Amendment 007 is raised to revise the bid closing date to August
8, 2012.
Amendment 006 is raised to revise the bid closing date to July
20, 2012.
Amendment 005 is raised to revise the bid closing date to July
6, 2012.
Amendment 004 is raised to provide a suppliers questions and
the technical authority answers.

Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase one (1) Backhoe and other related items in accordance
with Purchase Description for Backhoe, Industrial, Diesel
Engine, Pneumatic Tires, dated 7 May 2012.
An option is included to purchase one (1) additional Backhoe and
other related items to be exercised within twenty-four (24)
months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
