The following are the minimum Government of Canada requirements for 1 (one) 10 ton capacity Steerable Transfer Cart on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Victoria, BC. The transfer cart will act as a moveable platform to transfer large and bulky objects, like antennae arrays, between overhead cranes in the Abrasive Blast and Paint shop at Fleet Maintenance Facility (FMF) CAPE BRETON. The Steerable Transfer Cart would solely be employed to move material and will NOT be exposed to any blasting or painting operations that would potential damage or harm this equipment.
