Item 001, Electric motor driven, 3-wheeled, counterbalance,
sit-down rider forklift trucks and related items such as vehicle
manuals, data summary, photographs, preventive maintenance
replacement parts kit list, warranty letter(s), approved
manuals, initial parts kits and material safety data sheets in
accordance with the Purchase Description for the Electric Type
Sit Down Rider Counterbalance Forklift, dated 5 June 2012
provided with the bid package.

Item 002, Optional quantity of up to eight (8) electric motor
driven, 3-wheeled, counterbalance, sit-down rider forklift
trucks and related items such as warranty letter, approved
manuals and initial parts kits, in accordance with the Purchase
Description for the Electric Type Sit Down Rider Counterbalance
Forklift, dated 5 June 2012 provided with the bid package to be
exercised at the discretion of Canada within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract. The option may be
exercised in whole or in part or in more than one occasion, up
to the maximum quantity identified herein.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the
request to the contracting authority within fifteen (15) working
days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in
person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
