This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-155262/A dated 2015-10-21 with a closing of 2015-12-02 at 2PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase four (4) rough terrain forklifts and ancillary items, including operator and maintainer training, in accordance with the Purchase Description for Rough Terrain, 4-Wheel Drive & 4-Wheel Steering, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down Rider Type Forklift Trucks, dated 4 May 2016, to be delivered to CFB Edmonton and Suffield, Alberta by 31 July 2016.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to eight (8) additional vehicle and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12)months from the effective date of the contract
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of thebid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
