Portable Heater Rentals
The Department of National Defence (DND), requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the rental and related servicing and maintenance of portable heaters and associated components to heat temporary living quarters during military operations training exercises taking place in the Denwood, Alberta (CFB Wainwright) and Edmonton, Alberta (Edmonton Garrison) area, as well as Civilian emergency situations (as determined by DND) if and when identified usersrequest such goods during the periods of the Standing offer.
The Standing Offer will be for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
