REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada for the supply of men’s socks listed below. The men’s socks must be in accordance with the technical requirements as defined at Annexes A & B.
Item 1A and 1B: Unfinished and finished black socks, 84% cotton/ 14% nylon / 2% spandex
Estimated usage for the 3 years: 1A 40 000 pairs, 1B 260 000 pairs.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year period.
DELIVERY:
Items are to be delivered to Laval, Quebec.
ENQUIRIES:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
