Shirt, Bicycle
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 5,280 Bicycle Shirts in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-311 dated 2018-10-12 and viewing sample.
The requirement includes a requirement for "as and when requested" Special Sizes up to 200 bicycle shirts which can be ordered within 48 months of contract award.
The Specification can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).
The RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
This requirement is limited to Canadian Goods (See CFTA, Article 503, paragraph 4).
The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
