The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for the supply and install of One (1) High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS) in accordance with the specifications detailed herein for Fisheries and Oceans, Freshwater Institute, 501 University Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The contractor must also provide training/familiarization.
