Agriculture and Agri Food Canada has a requirement for thesupply and delivery of one (1) complete Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)/Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) system to quantify flour and other cereal grain product components such as phenolic acids, aveanthramides, and amino acids for protein characterization. The unit must be installed on-site at the Richardson Centre for Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and basic training must be provided to staff.
All deliverables, including installationand training must be received before 4:00 pm March 31, 2017.
