City of Beaumont - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Security Systems Consulting Services

The City requires a qualified security consulting firm (the "Consultant") to provide consulting services to support the design, specification, and project management of security system improvements at City-owned and operated facilities.

In Year 1, the scope of work will address priority items as identified in the City's Security Master Plan, subject to change at the City's discretion prior to and following contract award. The City may choose to complete some items internally prior to or following award.

Services required may include, but are not limited to, the design and specification of video surveillance systems, access control systems, intrusion detection, duress alarms, intercom systems, perimeter security, enterprise security management platform consolidation, key control management systems, and security camera monitoring solutions, as directed by the City.
