The City of Calgary (The City) is undertaking a multi stage procurement to modernize its ERP ecosystem, replacing legacy systems with an integrated solution that improves efficiency and aligns with public sector best practices while emphasizing transparency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
This Notice of Proposed Procurement has been issued for informational purposes only representing known information at the time of issue. The City makes no guarantee these projects will go forward, and it is subject to change. No commitment exists under this Notice of Proposed Procurement, no competitive bid document or further information is available at this time, and no responses will be accepted.
As the program moves forward, the competitive bid document will be posted, in accordance with The City’s standard practice, electronically at Alberta Purchasing Connection and the City's Contract Management System (SAP Ariba) in Q3 2026 (est.) for the ERP technology solutions and in Q2 2027 for the Systems Integrator (SI) and licenses only after Council budget approval in November 2026.
