The City of Calgary (The City) intends to establish Master Agreements with up to four (4) qualified Respondents to provide cyber security–related goods and services on an as‑needed basis. These goods and services may include the acquisition of hardware and software, software licensing, hardware maintenance and support, and professional services necessary to support The City’s confidential cyber security program, but only where the specific requirement meets the eligibility conditions for use of the RFSO. The subject matter of purchase alone does not establish eligibility.
This RFSO is intended solely for requirements where The City has determined, and documented before issuing a SOR, that disclosure of procurement information through an open competitive process could compromise confidential, sensitive, or security-related information and that the procurement may therefore be conducted under an applicable confidentiality or security exception to the trade agreements. This RFSO will not be used for routine, non-sensitive cyber security purchases that can reasonably be procured through an open competitive process.
For specific solutions or requirements, The City will conduct competitive processes among the selected Consultants to select the most suitable provider and solution.
Details of RFSO can be found at the link: https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public…
