The City of Calgary is looking for a qualified Supplier to provide ongoing hazardous materials pickup and disposal for Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment business units.
As part of The City of Calgary’s recycling program, Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment removes hazardous waste from our plants including but not limited to chemicals, used oil, oil filters, batteries and poly bags.
The Supplier will also be required to provide after-hours spill response and storm infrastructure clean-up utilizing vacuum-trucks for cleanup and removal of contaminants from stormwater infrastructure and related environments when City disposal facilities are not available.
