2. This Project consists of the development of the Northeast Athletic Complex (NEAC) as a community hub for health, wellness, arts and culture in northeast Calgary. The project consists of a Fieldhouse Facility, cricket field, artificial turf fields, site development, and parking.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
