The Proponents are engaging a Construction Manager with experience in projects similar in nature and complexity to that required for the ICE District Event Park, and that can provide Pre-Construction Services through the design and construction document phases and construction management Services during the Construction and Post-Construction phases.

Event Park is a world-class indoor and outdoor entertainment destination, delivering unforgettable live experiences in the heart of downtown Edmonton. With flexible venues for up to 7,000 fans outdoors, and up to 4,000 guests indoors, and community-accessible spaces for residents, the Event Park will celebrate Edmonton’s vibrant cultural community.
