The City of Edmonton invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the procurement, implementation, and configuration of a dedicated Phishing Tool. This Tool will be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model which will integrate with the City’s existing Google environment, and will be used by the CISO to conduct ongoing phishing campaigns directed at all City staff. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. The bidder agrees to submit bids only through this SAP Ariba platform and not to submit bids via any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
