The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for the City’s established On-Demand Transit Service. The qualified Contractor will assume responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and day-to-day management of this operation. The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform.
Intended term of Contract: five (5) years, commencing April 24, 2027. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to five (5) additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.
The City intends to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
The City will only accept bids submitted through the SAP Ariba platform. The City will not accept bids submitted using any other mechanism, including but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
