The City of Edmonton uses Wabtec’s proprietary software (LRTAIM Suite) as its means of Centralized Train Control (CTC) for the Edmonton LRT System and the control of the LRT’s Public Address and Variable Message Signs (PAVMS). Wabtec is required to do the facilitation of ongoing development and maintenance of the LRT AIM Suite.
