This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Oxbows Park and Queens Drive South Roadway Improvements Consulting (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
