City of Red Deer - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Structural Turnout Gear

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Structural Turnout Gear (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.
The selected proponent will be offered an initial term of the contract for 2 years with additional 8 years in 2 years increments at The City’s sole discretion. The City reserves the right to update specifications or configuration during the term of the contract in order to procure the newest technology.
