City of Red Deer - Request for Proposal - WATER & WASTEWATER GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of WATER & WASTEWATER GENERAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The provision of Deliverables shall be on an as-needed basis and solely at the discretion of the City. The successful Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables with an initial term of one (1) year, with the possible option of renewal of four (4) years in one (1) year increments for up to a total of five (5) years, at the City’s sole discretion.
