This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services at Jack Kraft and Synergy Buildings as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of St. Albert is looking for Janitorial services and associated cleaning and washroom supplies (where applicable) at the following locations:
The Jack Kraft facility, and two trailers, located at 7 Chevigny Street, St. Albert, AB; and
The Synergy Centre facility, located at 110 Carleton Drive, St. Albert, AB
