Amendment 004
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to May
29, 2012, 2pm, EDT.

Amendment 003
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to May
15, 2012, 2pm, EDST.

Amendment 002
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid period to
March 22, 2012, 2pm, EDST.

Requirement:
To provide the Department of National Defence with Coveralls,
Flyers, Combat, Flame Resistant, Air Force Green (Type IV) in
accordance with DSSPM 2-6-87-3951 dated October 12, 2010 last
revised November 14, 2011.

Quantity (Delivery in Montréal, Québec and Edmonton, Alberta):
Item 1: A firm quantity of 2,000 units.
Item 2: An "as and when requested" estimated quantity of 50
units for special sizes to be ordered within 36 months from
contract award date.
Item 3 (Option 1): An estimated quantity of 2,000 units. The
option may be exercised within 12 months after contract award
date.
Item 3 (Option 2): An estimated quantity of 2,000 units. The
option may be exercised within 24 months after contract award
date.

Technical Data will be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, Canada must not be
held responsible for untimely release of technical data, since
the Technical Data Package, as well as the Sealed Patterns are
available for viewing at the following Department of Publics
Works and Government Services Regional Offices:
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO
WINNIPEG, MANITOBA

Canadian Content Policy:
The requirement is solely limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
