Item Required: Coveralls Blue, Polyester/Cotton
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 900 Coveralls Blue, Polyester/Cotton, please see “Annex A – Requirement and Basis of Payment” of the RFP for further details.
In addition there are two optional quantities of 250 Coveralls Blue, Polyester/Cotton each. The first option can be exercised within 24 months of contract award date and the second option can be exercised within 36 months of contract award date.
All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. The firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 calendar days following the approval of the pre-production sample.
An RCMP viewing sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.
The requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specifications G.S. 1045-113 dated 2012-08-13 and viewing sample. This can be found attached to the RFP.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
This requirement is subject to AIT.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
