Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canadian Grain Commission Building, Owner Project Requirements and Functional Program
Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of an architectural firm, acting as prime consultant together with a multi-disciplinary team of
sub-consultants for the provision of services required for this project. This project requires development of the Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and ncorporating a comprehensive functional program and Class ?D? estimate of cost for the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC), to accommodate the growth and evolution of CGC laboratory and process functions, while maximizing organizational efficiencies and space utilization; as more fully described in the Terms of
Reference.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on March 8, 2017 at 9:30 AM. Interested Proponents are to meet in the lobby of the CanadianGrain Commission Building, 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Interested Proponents must sign in and provide photo identification.
Proponents are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior tobid closing,
from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they
are addressed in the submitted bid.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
