All required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted on January 15th, 2027 by 14:00 EST. The Common Heavy Equipment Replacement (CHER) project seeks to replace the Canadian Armed Forces’ (CAF) militarized Heavy Support Equipment (HSE) capability with modern, reliable, and deployable equipment.
