The Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Montreal Organic Chemistry Laboratory is urgently seeking an all-in-one oil free compressor/ nitrogen generator for the supply of nitrogen from two LC-MS/MS systems. The all-in-one oil free compressor/nitrogen generator will provide two independent flow outputs of 32 L/min. The equipment must be delivered to 105, rue McGill, 8th floor Montréal, Québec, Canada, H2Y 2E7 within 4 weeks from the effective date of the Contract.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Due to the urgency, the period for the receipt of tenders is 10 days using limited tendering procedures as outlined under NAFTA Article 1016 1. and 2. (c) and Article 1012 (c)
