Environment Canada has a requirement to design and develop an Organic Waste Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Calculator for Canada that can be used by private and public sector organizations to calculate greenhouse gas emission implications of different management scenarios for a variety of organic waste materials as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation.
