Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to manage the remediation lead
impacted soil from the RCMP Detachment in La Ronge, Saskatchewan
(the Site). All work is to be completed in accordance to these
specifications and in compliance with all relevant Codes,
Guidelines, Standards, Criteria, Acts and Regulations.
The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor includes the
excavation, removal and off-site disposal at a licensed facility
of approximately 6 m3 of lead-impacted soil present in the
grassed area of the Detachment Garage, and approximately 9 m3 of
lead-impacted soil present in the area of the Former Marine
Storage Facility; both areas located within the RCMP Detachment
Site in La Ronge, SK. The project also includes the restoration
of the area to original site conditions.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement. "This PWGSC office provides procurement services to
