The Contractor must provide the services of a Senior Life Cycle
Management Specialist for Director Land Command Systems Program
Management (DLCSPM 2), to provide technical and engineering
support of the Land Command Support System (LCSS) and equipment
used in the land tactical environment,

Director Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM 2) -
Land Tactical Communications Equipment Life Cycle Materiel
Management Specialist is responsible for the life cycle
management of the Land Tactical Communication equipment hardware
and software in the Land Forces. A large part of this function
entails engineering and technical support of the Land Command
Support System (LCSS) and equipment used in the land tactical
environment. The LCSS is defined as the radios, the telephones,
switchboards and tactical fiber optic cables, Tactical
Navigation receivers, the Tactical Network and Iris sub-system
computer network, the semi-rugged Commercial off the shelf
(COTS) laptops and tablet Personal Computers (PC) and software
installed in Land Combat vehicles.

The Bid Solicitation is issued against the Technical,
Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement
(SA), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File
No. E60ZN-13TSPS.

This requirement is open only to TSPS Suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the following TSPS SA Steam:

Stream 5, Technical Engineering and Maintainence

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
