REQUIREMENT:
Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) - Emergency Services Depot has an urgent requirement for supply and delivery of twenty (20) Ultra-Low Temp Chest Freezers for COVID-19. The Chest Freezers must be made in accordance with the part number or equlivalent to the specifications listed in the Request for Proposal. All units must be delivered to Ottawa, ON by January 29, 2021.
The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and the mandatory delivery timeline of January 29, 2021, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
FIRM QUANTITY: 20 units.
