Description of requirement
The Government of Canada Pension Modernization Project-Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (GCPMP-RCMP) Project of Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a
Change Management Consultant - Level 2 to assist with the
planning and performance of business transformation activities
related to the implementation of the GCPMP-RCMP Project.
The Change Management Consultant (Level 2) will monitor the
progress of the consolidated business transformation plan which
encompasses activities pertaining to all five Business
Transformation (BT) components: operational alignment,
organizational alignment, training, leadership support and
communications. The Change Management Consultant will coordinate
the preparation of detailed transition checklists that will
monitor the performance of the required activities to ensure
that they are efficient and effective and will update the
Microsoft Project schedule for GCPMP-RCMP with the Business
Transformation activities and tasks.
