IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
Work of this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required for heritage metal
conservation and lobby doors replacement and related work at the
Victory Building, 269 Main street, Winnipeg, MB, as specified
/and or indicated in the drawings and specifications.
SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on August 13, 2012, at
10:00 AM. Attendees must report to the Main Entrance Lobby of
the Victory Building, 269 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB.
Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date
and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view
the site. No exceptions will be made.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.
