The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to continuously improve CSC’s capital program.
Objectives: Provide training and certification to Facilities Department personnel on Lean Six Sigma processes and methodologies and assist with the implementation of recommendations for short and long term actions.
Deliverables: Specific deliverables, which will be specified in the resulting TAs will include, but not be limited to the following:
Six Sigma Training and certification as per 1.3.1;
Process for Continuous Improvement: Visio and Work instructions; and
Report on a monthly basis on the progress of the continuous improvement projects.
Term of Contract: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed from contract award to 3 months later with the option to renew for one (1) additional three month period.
