Project description: Consolidate Building Automation Systems
Work is to be completed within Fifty-two (52) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,001.00 - $5,000,000.00.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS) . Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on January 8, 2014 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders shall meet at the front guard station at the
Sir William Logan Building, 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON.
Safety Attire - It is recommended that all persons attending the
site visit have a Hard Hat to gain permission to enter into the
mechanical rooms. Contractor personnel/individuals who do not
have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the
mechanical rooms.
