Title: Office and Residences Construction

Location: Coast Guard Search and Rescue Station, Port Hardy, BC

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises the provision of all labour,
materials, services, and equipment necessary for the demolition
and disposal of an existing residence building, site grading,
earthworks, clearing and grubbing, and the general construction
of a new residence, new operations building, new site utilities
at the Canadian Coast Guard site.

Optional Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on July 10, 2013 at 11am, PDT.
Interested bidders are to meet at the existing Canadian Coast
Guard residence site, 8540 Shipley St, Port Hardy, B.C.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within
forty-two [42] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance
of the offer.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$2,500,000 and $3,000,000.
