Work Description:

Work under this contract will include, but is not limited to the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the general construction of a new Police Building and associated site and civil work; including landscaping, asphalt paving and any necessary remedial work located 6647 Christensen Road in Anahim Lake, British Columbia.

As outlined in the following files: 1.ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS, 2.CIVIL DRAWINGS, 3. STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS, 4. MECHANICAL DRAWINGS, 5. ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS, 6. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS, and ANAHIM LAKE SPECIFICATIONS

Sealed Tenders, completed in accordance with the conditions of the Invitation To Tender document provided, will be received by the RCMP at the following location: RCMP BID RECEIVING – Front Desk, 14200 Green Timbers Way, Surrey, B.C. V3T 6P3 before the closing date and time. Faxed tenders are not acceptable; late tenders will be returned unopened.

Bid Results:

A Public opening will be held in the office designated on the Front Page "Invitation to Tender" for the receipt of bids shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Please ensure that you register with the Commissionaire at least 15 minutes before the solicitation closing time.

This requirement is subject to the following trade agreement:
Agreement on Internal Trade – AIT

Security Clearance Requirements:

The Successful Bidder's site superintendent will be required to provide personal data including their full name, date of birth, present address and other data as requested by the RCMP representative.

Value of Project:

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost between $5,500,000
and $6,500,000

Delivery Date:

The work is to be completed 70 weeks from date of contract award notification
