Construction of a new housing unit of 50 beds
This project involves without limitation to the construction of
a new housing unit of minimum security with 50 beds, an access
road and the extension of the acutal fence at
Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Institution. This is a two-storey
building with a gross area of aprpox 2,700 m2
SITE VISIT: : A site visit will take place May 16, 2012 at
10:00 am at the main entrance of Ste-Anne-des-Plaines,
Institution, Ste-Anne des Plaines, Qc.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: over 5,000,000$
Two (2) letters of reference, the text of which is provided in
Annex "A" must be completed and signed by an authorized client
representative and annexed to the bidder's submission

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
